Raymond grinder is mainly used to grind non-inflammable and non-explosive materials with Moh's hardness below 7 and moisture content below 6% such as barite, calcite, potash feldspar, talcum, marble, limestone, ceramic, glass, etc Raymond Mill can be used in mining, chemical industry, construction materials, metallurgy and so on. The final products can be adjusted freely from 100 mesh to 425 mesh.
Raymond Grinder working principle:
Firstly, raw material is crushed by jaw crusher to the size required, then elevated into a hopper from which the material is transported through the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously into the grinding chamber for powder-processing. The rollers oscillate outward to press the ring because of the centrifugal force and the shovel scoops up the materials, send to the middle between the ring and rollers to accomplish the grinding.After grinding, the rough materials will be recycled by the air from the fan back into the grinding chamber for regrinding and the fine powders are blew into the cyclone and poured out through the output-powder pipe as the final products.
Maintenance of Raymond Mill:
1. In using the milling machine, special and fixed persons takes charge and the operator must possess special technique. Make sure to be trained before using if some one want to use the milling machine so as to make them understand function principle and operation regulations.
2. For working order, we should establish "the equipment maintenance and safe operation system" . Simultaneously there are indispensable examining and repairing tools and lube grease.
3. We need examination and repairing if we use the machine some time and replace the wearing parts. Before the rubbing roller device is used, the concerned must examine the bolt and nut and make sure the lube is enough.
4. When the rubbing roller device is used uninterruptedly 500 hours or about , we need exchange new rubbing roller and clear the axletree. If the axletree is damaged then the old must be replaced by the new and the concerned can filling oil by manual work butter gun.
