Cation anion ion exchange water filter
Cation-anion ion exchange resin filter (no pressure upside, reversing flow in regeneration) has the advantage of reversing flow in regeneration ,need no pressure system upside, simplifys the operation, saves investment and running cost. So this plant is the most advanced in desalting treatment system. It can be divided in to strong bed, weak bed, double level bed according to input different resin. It becomes main part of economical and reasonable desalting treatment process, and gets best technical effect.
This plant is designed to different flow rate, they are as following: Φ200-Φ800Φ is 15-20m/h，Φ1000-Φ3000 is20-30m/h， flow rate of regeneration as following:Φ200-Φ800 is 2m/h，Φ1000-Φ3000 is5-7m/h . flow rate of backwash as following:10-15m/h for cation bed,8-10m/h for anion bed.
To ensure treatment time, decrease the number of regeneration, the content of salt of input water should be lower than 500mg/L, when content of salt is over 500mg/L, it need EDI before cation-anion exchanger.
When duplicate bed is composed of cation exchanger and anion exchanger, the content of alkalinity(HCO3) is over 50mg/L, it need to install carbon dioxide remover between them to dealkalize.
