High Quality Oil Well Casing Stabilizer
1. Application
Casing centralizer is mainly used for centralizing of the well which needs 4''casing because of the deformation of 5-1/2'' casing and sidetracking well.
2. Structure and Work Principle:
Casing centralizer is mainly composed of main body, slip centralizer bush, piston, and self-blocking mechanism and so on.
FKZ-114 casing centralizer is put in the downhole with 4''casing. Then give pressure after well completion. When the pressure is up to 10-12Mpa, all the centralizers begin to work. Centralizer slip is against the inwall of 5 1/2''casing or open hole in order to support and centralize 4''casing. Because of the self-block mechanism, slip can be against casing inwall after pressure released until well completion. 4''casing can be always centralized in the middle.
3. Product characteristics:
1) Ensure the 4''casing in the middle to improve the quality of fixed.
2) Simple structure, flexible piston and good tightness.
3) Small OD makes it is not easy to be blocked.
