K344 Steel Frame Packer for Fracturing
1. Application
It is widely used for water injection, acidification, plugging, fracturing and other constructions.
2.Center tube
1) High strength: Material N80, can bearing 65T.
2) Anti-lock Design: sand control accuracy 0.15-0.2mm.
3. steel frame
1) It adopts high strength stelless material, bear big pressure differential.
2) Using the design of arc angle at the steel connnection point in order to protect the steel when packer setting.
4. high grade heat-resistant & bear big pressure differential
1) High grade heat-resistant: 125°C~150°C,can be reached 180°C as special requirement.
2) High pressure resistant: work pressure can be reached 70Mpa.
3) High strength: can be reused for 15 times.
5. Rubber
1) Large elastic deformation, widely used:
70 mm packer application in 7'' casing, Bearing 28 mpa.
2) Rubber OD is smaller than steel OD:
Such as K344-110 packer rubber OD is φ109mm, steel OD is φ110mm, ensure go down smoothly.
