1. Product description:
It is a tool of scraping, descaling and anti-eccentric that developed by our company. It is widely used for the well which is paraffinic, scaling and eccentric wear. It not only scraps paraffin and scaling on the inner of tube, but also has the function of centralizer and anti-eccentric.
2. Work principle:
It does up and down movement with the sucker rod. Scraper casing can be self-rotating according to the sucker rod tilt direction. Scraper casing use as the paraffin scraper does scraping and scaling the inner tube. The physical method instead of chemical method can avoid the reservoir and surrounding environment pollution effectively. At the same time, wear surface consistent with the tubing inwall to reduce the friction of scraper and tubing inwall and centralizer the sucker rod.
3. Product characteristics:
a) Simple structure, easy to use, long service time, low cost.
b) The surface of scraper deal with spraying, grinding and polishing so it is high hardness and surface finish. Its special slant angel makes scraper self-rotating and scaling the tube inwall so that reduce friction between tube and scraper. At the same time centralizer the sucker rod, protect the tube inwall and prolong the service life.
c) Its large flow area reduces the resistance of sucker rod movement and avoids the impact of oil output.
d) Simple structure and easy to operate.
