1. Application
Magnetic paraffin control device is suitable for oil well with serious paraffin deposit.
2. Structure and work principle
Crude oil is a complicated mixture of many kinds of hydrocarbons and it is also the magnetic material. In the big enough magnetic and gradient field, under Lorentz force, the Wax molecules in disorder thermal motion near the crystallize temperature obtain energy, adjust each other’s magnetic collision direction and provide the condition to form crystallization. Then the wax molecules form many Spherical micro-crystals (diameter of normal one is 1/10000) and suspend on the crude oil. It reduces the possibility of separating hard wax out on pipe wall and sucker rod, and net complex formed in crude oil to reduce the flow resistance of crude oil. This kind of device uses the special field distribution to promote the long chain hydrocarbon molecules in the crude oil twist each other closely, eliminate twine from each other and reduce the dispersion forces and the oil viscosity greatly. So keep the effect of magnetization in a certain flow speed.
3. Characteristics
a) Great field strength: B=600~1200mT. It is as 2-4 times as that of the similar product. Big magnetic gradient: ≥103mT/cm. It is as 20-100 times as that of the similar product.
b) It has compact structure, small volume, no magnetic leakage. No influence on annulus or normal test, according to API standard, easy to install and operate.
c) Effectively prolong period of washing well or adding medical which is 2 times longer.
d) It can be reused after magnetization and has a long service life about over 1 year normally.
