Product Description:
The frame uses the section steel and plate. The studio wall uses the materials of heat resistant steel plate and heat resistant. High quality of aluminum silicate wool was used between the outer casing and the studio for thermal insulation. The "U"-type stainless steel electric heating pipes are installed on both sides walls. There is no adjustable exhaust port on the top. In the furnace, the work piece shelf will be allocated according to the calcined work piece specifications. We company can provides disassembly table for the work piece. For special requirements we can be on behalf of design and manufacturing. For the assembly table, there are top-type and hydraulic for choice.
Widely Applications:
1.The calcine and cleaning spinning work piece in the chemical fiber and non-woven industry
2.The tempering and quenching of the work piece with the temperature below 600 °C
