Widely Applications:
Spray-fusing process requires lots of hot air. The compressed air output by the air compressor is send to the heater for heating after drying and filtration, and then is send to the spray-fusing die head assembly parts.

Product Description:
Industrial hot air heating elements is made of sheath house ( steel alloy, stainless steel ,or other as your design), finned heating elements, inside with thermal insulators for keeping air temperature, wire connect box, thermocouple, inlet hole, outlet hole,temperature controller.
Materials:
Non-woven Air Heating Furnace is a pressure vessel and has to resist the oxidation of the high-temperature air at the same time, therefore the material have to be stainless steel.The heating element of the air heater is made of stainless steel electric heating tube.
Efficiency:
Many baffle plates are installed in the heater to extend the residence time of the air in order to improve heat exchange efficiency. To increase the heating tubes properly and improve the installed power of the air heater can shorten the warming up time of the production line. Spray-fusing process requires high precision of air drafting heater. The temperature of the drafting air required to be stable within the range of ± 1 degrees centigrade.
