Non-nhi seller and aqsiq registered. Shipment in bulk 1. Buyer issues fresh LOI with bcl 2. Seller issues full corporate offer (fco) . 3. Buyer signs the full corporate offer and sends it back to the seller. 4. Seller issues draft contract to buyer for review, seal and signature. 5. Buyer and seller sign / seal the final contract after making amendments, if any. 6. Seller sends hard copy to buyer via courier. . 7.. Buyer issues letter of credit and seller posts performance bond for the value of 2% . 9. Shipment commences within 30-45 days. Yard visit is allowed after contract is signed Pictures can be given and past sgs after fresh valid LOI and bcl upon buyer's request.
