The CKG5112 CNC High Speed Vertical Lathe features 1 CKG51 series of CNC high-speed single-column vertical lathe is applicable to the hard alloy and the ceramic cutting tools etc., they be used for mechanical processing such as rough , semi-finishing and finishing machining black metal, nonferrous metals and non-metallic parts’inside and outside the cylinder, inner and outer conical surface, head face,grooving, and rotative surface etc. 2 Main drive adopts AC main spindle servo motor drive, two gear variable speed , high speed rotating workpiece can do both the static and dynamic balance; Adopts high precision drive gear, gear grinding process.Achieved high drive efficiency, low noise and under high rotating speed running reliably and smoothly. 3 The column is thermal symmetrical structure and is installation on the base of working table.
