The workbench with functions of precision indexing and feed ing milling. 3 Left tools holder is boring milling axis,right tools holder is turning tools holder, working table have C axis precision indexing capabilities,when C axis feeding drive,, eliminate drive chain clearance,achieved without clearance feeding.C axis positioning plus-minus 3″. 4 Using the Siemens 840D s1 system . (the other system can be designated by the users ); Servo motor and servo drive all adopt Siemens products,optional automatic machine tool’s tool holder, tool holder location 8-20 bits. 5 All casting use HT300 gray cast iron though the artificial heat aging treatment, high quality processing and perfect assembling process. All of the electrical parts, bearings, key parts and hydraulic parts are chosen from the domestic and international famous manufacturers.
