The CKX5120 Vertical turning and milling Center features 1 CKX51 series of composite vertical turning and milling center with all the function of the CNC vertical lathe,can finish all the process except end surface processing during the first fixture installation, including the processes of turning, milling, boring, drilling, countersinking and tapping etc.., the more complex workpiece such as blade and other various complex curve surface can be made if equipped with double pendulum milling head. 2 Machine tools main main basic parts and the main drive use the thermal symmetrical structure, which has high thermal stability. 3 The high precision double row cylindrical roller hearing is center for the spindle in radial direction, and the large thrust ball bearing is used to carry for the spindle of working table in axial direction. The working table also have the functions of precision degrees and and milling feeding(C axis). 4 All casting use HT300 gray cast iron though the artificial heat aging treatment, high quality processing and perfect assembling process. All of the electrical parts, bearings, key parts and hydraulic parts are chosen from the domestic and international famous manufacturers. 5 Using the Siemens 840D s1 system . (the other system can be designated by the users ); high precision ball screw drive is used for ram; optional automatic machine tool’s tool holder, tool holder location 8 bits.
