The Electric Chain Hoist (ECH) series was designed for heavy duty industrial applications, which realize the reduction of down time and operational costs. We have suspension type and trolley running type. Nante chain hoists tolerate large loads with ease and require little maintenance. They provide more allowance for side pulling, and provide true vertical lift at no extra cost.
Whether chain hoist or wire rope hoist, electric or pneumatic; our line of powered hoists are ideal in manufacturing, power generation, and industrial facilities where heavy items are lifted and positioned as part of production or warehousing. Our new model high-capacity wire rope hoist complements our line with capacities up to 50 Tons. We offer a full line of manual hoists, both hand chain and lever tools, which are used primarily for maintenance and construction activities.
With suspension hook. push, geared or electric trolley. Standard lift height 3 m, control cable 2.5m Operating voltage 220-440V, 50/60Hz, 1-3 phase Low voltage control 36V is standard. High efficient energy-saving motor, asbestos free brake system. Light weight, compact and solid body case. Top and bottom hooks are fitted with safety latches as standard. Drop forged steel suspension & load hooks are heat treated and fracture resistant. In case of dangerous overloading or abuse, the hook does not fracture but will slowly yield. Solid chain bucket. Super strong surface hardened chain Limit switch devices fitted at both top & bottom ends, switch off power automatically to prevent load chain from running out. Phase error relay, a specially designed current-post, prevents motor from running at incorrect wire connection.
