Components
1. Hooks

Load hooks are heat treated and fracture resistant. In case of dangerous overloading or abuse, the hook does not fracture but will slowly yield.

2. Power

Operating voltage 220-440V, 50/60Hz, 1-3 phase.

Standard low voltage control 36V.

Dual voltage is available.

3. Motor

High efficient energy-saving motor, asbestos free brake system. 2-speed motor available.

Sturdy pole change motors with cylindrical rotors and integrated safety brakes.

3. Limit Switch

Limit switch devices fitted at both top & bottom ends, switch off power automatically to prevent load chain from running out.

4. Pushbutton Switch

Pushbutton switch is rain-proof plastic for severe impact and corrosive atmosphere resistance and mechanically interlocked.

5. Hoisting Gear:

Lightweight gear units with silent running flat bevelled gears deliver the torque required.

6. Rope guide:

The rope guide reduces wear on the rope and rope drum. It is also easy to install, reducing maintenance requirements for the unit as a whole.
