Detailed Information:

This kind hydrauic static pile driver balances the resistance during pile driving by its own weight.When the static pressure larger than the resistance,the pile wil be working and buried in gradually based on the working speed of the pressure equipment by following the direction of buring .

The principle of operation:the pile will be pushed by high-pressure oil produced by the high fuel pump through fuel tank .This ecopile completely avoid vibrates, noise and pollution generated by hammerhead .Because its small vibrates influence to base and the original buildings which are closing to the pile, and also because of the small strike force of the pile while it working.The pile has been used widely in subgrade in soft soil zone in the pilling works .It’s brand new pile equipment .

There’s no hoist on the upper pile.The lower pressure pile driver adopts walking-style travelling mechanism and fuel tank by itself.
