This hydraulic step-long sprial drill mainly including two parts:pile frame and drill system.Pile frame take hydraulic walking type or crawler type as the base, high automation and 360 degree rotating.This model with 7 hydraulic oil cylinders,including 4 supporting legs cylinders ,1 moving cylinder and 2 amplitude cylinders.Folden type pillar is made of two bended high stength plates and connected with flange.Drilling system consists of power head and drill,the output shaft of power head and sprial are hollow.
Spiral drill working principle,pushing concrete or slurry pump into the pile hole by drill rod,it can realize drill hole –grouting-drawing drill out-complete hole.Aslo can dry-boring, grouting exchage,deep mixing after chage the drill.
Mainly applied in foundation treatment of railway,bridge,building etc.
