It is composed by gate frame, welding arms, mechanical tracking system, flux recovery system, pneumatic system, electrical system and SAW welders, etc.

The gate frame is a basement of this machine, other parts are all installed on, excluding the welders. It’s usage is support and bring each parts moving at the welding speed. Below are two travel beams, driven by two AC motors through gear box traveling on the steel guides. There are two pairs of closing wheels touch the sides of guides tightly, to assure stably travel. Operation platform is put on one side of the travel beam. The wire hanger and flux recyclers are put on the upper platform. Two groups of welding arms and carriages are installed on the main beam of gate frame, to support wire feeder and adjust welding tips. The feeders are fixed on the top of the welding arms, the tracking system are installed at the end of welding arms. On horizontal direction, use the pneumatic flexibility (give up the tracking on vertical direction, the reason is when welding, the splashing of covering flux intervenes the sensor to cause bad influence on welding seam). By using the guiding wheels, the welding tips align with the welding seam at all, and keep a certain distance. The flux recovery system is composed by recyclers, flux boxes, hoppers, etc. the two recyclers are put on the upper platform, flux fall on the seam from the hoppers through hand valves. The recycle pipes suck the rest flux into the flux boxes, filtered by sieve, then into the hoppers after hand valves. The dust is sucked into the recycler, the flux mass remains on the sieve.

The electrical control system is composed by one control cabinet and one operation box. The control cabinet is fixed on the side of the gate frame, inside there are AC inverter, to control the gate traveling. Operation boxes are fixed on the column of the gate frame, easy for operation.

SAW welders are the main parts of this machine, composed by welding power, wire feeder, welding gun, and control box. The gate frame and welders are controlled together. Use this machine to weld the assembled box column. The gate frame travel on the steel guides. The welding arms can move up, down, left and right to meet different size column by motorized gear and rack.
