According to the experience of some dressing plants, the eccentric arm is no less than 30mm for sticky ores. The groove body of Chute Feeder is about as wide 2-2.5 times as the max feeding size. The max type Chute Feeder can satisfy the feeding size of iron ore less than 500mm. The type 980*1240 Chute Feeder is the most commonly employed one. And the charging size of it is 350-0mm. It is suitable for the feeding to Jaw Crusher of 400*600.
Working principle:
The chute feeder can be installed on the ground or onto discharge port of one bin. The chute bottom plates do the reciprocating movement. Stroke can be adjusted by the eccentric wheel; the eccentric throw is half of the stroke. According to experience of some mines sites, the eccentric throw should no less than 30mm for cohesive ore.

The machines are used for ore separation, chemical, coal and other industrial segments. The machines run to feed the massive materials into the feeding equipment from materials warehouse (not applicable to powder-shape ore concentrates or materials of 500mm or above).
Chute Feeder can be put on the ground, or lifting on the discharging opening of the ore storage bin is OK. The baseboard of the chute does reciprocating motion. The frequency of stroke of it is 20-60 times/min, the stroke is 20-200mm. The stroke is as two times as the eccentric throw; and it can be adjusted by the eccentric wheel of the driving device.
