The disk feeder is volumetric measuring feeder equipment, can send the materials to every feeding process continuously
Disk feeder is suitable for sending several of no cohesive materials, and does not apply to powder materials of flow resistance
The materials which is applicable for sending ore, coal, cement, clinker, limestone, clay, and other powder, granular, or small block materials
Working principle:
Feeder and ribbon conveyer are drived by a set of actuating device. And the set of driving device can start, or stop, or transform the whole machine by electromagnetic clutch inside it. The speed of the metering ribbon conveyer is less than 1m/s. The speed detector is set for measuring the speed of the belt. And there is some other device to ensure the proper weight of raw material.
