Mineral Vibrating Feeder can transfer massive material and granular material to the receiving device uniformly and continuously. Besides, it can be applied in sand-making line and stone-making line to transfer materials uniformly and continuously to crushing equipment without blocking. The Vibrating Feeder with the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, no lubricating and low consumption of electricity. It has the ability of adjusting the feeding quantity, and is widely applied in crushing line and screening line in the following departments: mine, stone crushing plant, metallurgy, building material, chemical industry, coal mine and so on.

The feeding quantity can be changed and controlled at any time with convenient operation. The excitation source is the eccentric block. So the noise is low; the electrical consumption is low; the performance of adjusting is good; and there is no phenomenon of over-flowing; if there is an enclosed shell of the machine, the dust pollution would be avoid.
Operating principles:
Mineral Vibrating Feeder takes advantage of the centrifugal force from the rotating of the eccentric block inside of vibrator to force the movable parts of sieve box and vibrator move compulsively and continuously in circle or approximate circle. And then, followed sieve box, the material on the tilting screen surface does continuously throwing movement. At the same time, the material is sent into the receiving device uniformly and continuously.
