1.3.3 Cleaning the Squeegee Holder (After Operation) 
After operation, clean the squeegee holder. Leaving contamination on this part can cause deformation or deterioration of squeegee rubbers, and eventually may interfere with proper applying operation. 
NOTICE This maintenance is carried out with the power supply switch ON. In performing a work inside the moving part, be sure to open the safety cover. (Opening the cover interrupts the power supply to the moving-part motor.) 
1. Press       
in the main menu.     
. The <Machine adjustment menu> screen is displayed. 
UNLOCK         
2. Press       
+ [Squeegee open/close].     
         
. The <Squeegee open/close> screen is displayed. 
. This step uses the screen of SP80V for description. 
UNLOCK         
3. Press       
+ [Squeegee open (Squeegee exchange)]. 
. The squeegees open.

. Scrape away the solder adhering to the squeegees using the squeegee cleaning jig or a plastic spatula, then wipe off the remaining solder using IPA or ethanol.

After operation, clean the support plate, clamping claws, and recognition hole of board-positioning unit.
