| 1.2.1 How to Set Cartridge and Use Grease Gun | ||||||
| . How to set cartridge | ||||||
| 1. Screw the cartridge with the cap removed, into the main body. | ||||||
| . It should be securely screwed in. If it is loose, grease may leak. | ||||||

| Pull the chain and lock it in the groove of the oil cylinder. | ||||||

| Insert the cartridge into the oil cylinder and secure the cylinder to the main body. | ||||||

| 4. Unlock the chain from the groove of the oil cylinder and put it in the cylinder. | ||||||
| . Pump the lever two or three times to check to see that grease comes out of the nozzle tip. | ||||||

| Press the nozzle tip against the grease nipple. | ||||||

| Pump the lever several times. | ||||||
| . Be sure to reciprocate the lever to the end. Performing this by halves will not draw in grease. | ||||||
| 3. Detach the nozzle from the grease nipple. | ||||||
| . If grease squeezes out, be sure to wipe it off with cloths. | ||||||
| NOTICE If grease squeezes out of the grease nipple, wipe it off with cloths. If such grease is left unattended, depending on the grease nipple position, it may potentially drop onto board during production. | ||||||

| 1.2.2 Tips on Lubrication | ||||||
| NOTICE In lubrication and applying grease, be sure to replenish each point with a proper amount of grease. Excess oil will splatter during operation, and it may potentially drop onto board during production. And, be careful not to adhere oil to the belt. The adhesion of oil to the belt accelerates the deterioration of it. | ||||||

| If it does not have a grease nipple Apply grease to the grooves of the rail directly. It is not necessary to apply it to the other areas. | ||||||
