XYD is specailly designed for drying all kinds of packages.It consist of stainless steel machine  frame and cover, Heat exchanger, High efficient blower with motor, Stainless steel carrier with trolley,Filtering system and Exhaust air pipe.

Main Features:

Drying Chamber is made of stainless steel fame with insulation and painting.

High efficient heat exchanger for steam heating

Exhaust air piping for moisture can go outside the machine to ensure dry condition in the chamber during the whole drying process.

High efficient blower to ensure enough air flow to pass through the packase.

There are pressure gauge and safety valve outside of the machine.

Temperature sensor PT100 can get the actual temperature inside the chamber and show on the control panel.

Control panel with special painting, major electrical component ar SIMENS.

The heat exchanger provide heated air, the high efficient blower generated strong hot air through the stainless spindle by inside out flow to the yarn packages.The yarn can dry rapidly with goods handlding.For cotton yarn package, it can be dried within 3 hours per bath wiith perfect drying result.
