When ground water which has iron and manganese flows through the removing iron and manganese filter equipment, the early pretreatment aeration device and the oxidizer added would make the iron (manganese) ion oxidited, at the same time the water flows the manganese sand filter layer, the water would have a further oxidation, in this way water is filtered by the biochemical action of filter material and multilayer filtration action,the iron and manganese ion would be settled step by step, absorbed, then removed.   Application field   1. Food & beverage industry;   2. Wash of fibrics, dyeing and paper industry;   3. Manufacture of reyon, film dye, baryta paper and other chemicals;   4. Fibre, dyeing, photographic film, starch and brewing industry;   5. Removal of corrosion imprurity-iron in steam condensate.   Product features   1. The unique multi-filtration room structure, which can realize on-line back flush (simultaneous filtration, pollution discharge and back flush).   2. Energy-saving: the water can be supplied to pipe network directly, with no need for the secondary water supply system; it has the function of back flush itsself, with no need for the back flush water pump.   3. Water-saving: this equipment adopts the “quicunx water distrbuter”, which is to shorten the distance between filtration layer and water distributer and save a lot of water for back flush.   Technological parameters   1. Treatment efficiency:   ① Iron content:≤0.3mg/L;   ② Manganese content: ≤0.1mg/L;   ③ Eflluent turbidity: <3FTU.   2. Inflow water requirements:   ① Iron content:≤20mg/L;   ② Manganese content: ≤3mg/L;   ③ Inflow water turbidity: <20FTU;   ④ Alkalinity: ≤2mg/L   ⑤ ph:>6.0(iron removal), >7.5 (manganese removal).   3. Operating environment parameters   ① Operating temperature: 5-60℃(according to special temprature, customising allowed)   ② Operating pressure: ≤0.6Mpa   4. Operating parameters   ① Work-style: pressure type;   ② Operation mode: the water flow direction from the top to the bottom, series (high iron-manganese content) or parallel connection   ③ Filtration speed: 6-10m/h ( iron removal ), 5-8m/h ( maganese removal);   ④ Operation cycle: depend on the raw water quality, the lowest must be more than or equal to 8-hour;   ⑤ Back flush way: water scrubbing, or gas-water combination back flush;   ⑥ Back-flushing time: 10-15 min;   ⑦ Back-flushing water cocumption: 1-3%
