compost turner machine FYD-2000 This machine can turn fresh poultry manure 400-500 cubic meter per hour, as equal to final organic fertilizer of 160-200 ton per hour. This machine is designed according the principle of aerobic fermentation when keep the fermentative bacteria working well. If the pile is too high or use the hopper machinery, or channel fermentation, the pile will change to anaerobic conditions, which let the fermentative bacteria cannot work well which will influence the circle of the final products. This turner most suitable for fresh poultry manure, which can mix equally of paste of chicken manure, to make sure the material have a good environment of aerobic fermentation. The chicken manure in this loose material state, 7 - 12 hours deodorant, one day warming up, three days began to dry five to seven days into fertilizer. Requirements of the machine: 1. The machine should work in a solid working area; the convex surface should not bigger than 50mm. 2. The materials pile with should not more than 2000mm, the length should not more than 800mm, should be like a strip shape.
