Technical feature
1.Entire machine is driven by multiple motors, which are allocated laterally. The main frame made of an integral welded structure is hingte with the ranging arms and a crush device. With simple coustruction, the electr I cmotors in the units can be assembled or disassembledand the power transmission and connection are eliminated between the units, making easier replacement and more convenient maintenance.
2.Traction mode is use with which a chainless tractive roll track is provided with a AC steptess speed-regulating transverter. The class of power supply voltage is 3300v. The main components of the hydranlic system and water system are all installed centealizedly on the integrated blocks. Less plpe connection points and simple maintenance keep the anagement convenienter.
3.Power drums with picks areuse to reduce consumption of picks, and improve the service life, cutting capacity and lump coal rate. Main lifting jacks with a horizontal pushing or pulling design have a good stress state and stronger durability.
4.For the control system, a PLC ia used for varvions actions, and an industrial controlling CPU is provided to realize constant power automatic control, data reording, feeding backing, diagnoses and trertment.
5.Big principal units such as left and right ranging arms. Left and right tractionboxes and motors. Exfemal tuaction devices, lifting jacking are all exchangeable each other. The main units or components such as transverters, high voliage isolution switches. Lifting pumps, beatings and oil seals are all ipported products which have a good quantity so as to improve the quality of product and service life entire machine.
