Machine Features:
This type of machine adopts multiple motors allocated laterally in general construction, regulated by the method of on-board AC conversion. The overall structure is using the way \"3 section allocation\". The bonded face of the middle section adopts the joint type of positioned by cylindrical pin, fastened by long abd short bolts. It’s main Characters are as listed below:
1.The main frame is disused, the machine body is composed by three sections which are left and right traction boxes and electrical control box, pin shaft location, high intensity bolts and hydraulic nut fastening is adopted in between, therefore the machine surface height is lowered, the machine length is shortened, it improves the coal shearer adaptability to the horizontal and vertical arcuation of the working surface conveyor.
2.The rocker arm is straight structure, it can be exchanged left and right; The rocker arm transmission ratio is assorted resonably, it improves the rock breaking ability of the roller; The split lubrication and chamber deviding lubrication is used, it improves the lubrication effect, effectively control the rocker arm temprature over-raising, makes the cutting transmission system more reliable.
3.Optimize the traction transmission system parameters and structure, regulate the traction speed, reasonably recombine the entire machine quality, make the machine having stronger traction power, creates the feasibility of coal crushing on the working surface which is with a declination angle of 12degree, it vastly improve the reliability of traction system. The system is designed with double brake, effectively solve the difficulty of heavy mining machine brake, the traction system driven wheel twist is 172mm, which is the most advanced in the domestic industry.
4.Multiple operation points are available in the entire machine, the electrical control box is in the middle; control station at left and right end; remote device( charge free) on left and right side, operate the shearer for various actions. With close lock function of work surface conveyor. traction, cutting, breaking and pump motor can be started seperately.
5.By intelligent control, it can realize rocker arm, traction and oil temperature monitoring; Pump station oil temperature, oil pressure, oil level monitoring; Gas monitoring; Gross water flow and water pressure monitoring; Each water loop flow and pressure monitoring; Voice alarm, light and camera monitoring; Mining height and bottom displaying;Shearer moving location displaying; The above datas can be transmitted to ground control center through communication interface.
6.Humanized design is more emphasized. The electrical control system is designed with 3 seperately boxes, allocated as drawer style, effectively prevent the control box from water inlet, makes the installation , testing and repairing more conveniently; Spraying system resonably assort the water capacity, pressure and nozzel hole diameter and quantity, improve spraying effect, improve the environment condition of the work surface.
7.The shearer has the protection function of electricity leakage, over voltage, over currency and low voltage; The left and right cutting motos is with function of electricity leakage testing, tempreature monitoring, heat protection, overload protection and constant power automatically control.
8.Key components such as high pressure isolating switch, convertor, PLC, all signos sensor, height adjusted pump, sealing part, bearing, back flush filter are adopted the high quality imported parts, improve the reliablity of the entire machine.
