Uses
It is for determination of the thrombin time.

Principle
Add the plasma which is to be assayed to thrombin liquor, fibrinogen is transferred to fibrin, determine the clotting time , which is thrombin time.

Clinical application
Screen the heparin anticoagulant and decrease of fibrinogen, monitor heparin therapy and fibrinolysis therapy.

Storage
Liquid : has a 2 year shelf life when stored at ﹣20℃ unopened.
It can be stored at 2℃~8℃ for 30days after opening.
Lyophilized: has a 2 year shelf life when stored at 2℃~8℃ unopened
It can be stored at 2 ℃~8 ℃ for 5 days after constitution
