Locke 500 series gasketing sealant
Locke gasketing products include high viscosity sealants designed for specific performance requirements of gasketing applications. Luoke gasketing sealants improve load transfer and stress distribution across flanges. They eliminate stocking various sizes of pre-cut gaskets.
These products feature rapid cure speeds and seal integrity, eliminating the need for re-tightening flange bolts, and are corrosion resistant.
Locke gasketing product line includes high-performance anaerobic gaskets for all metal to metal applications and offers products that resist high temperatures and very flexible products that ease removal from soft metals such as brass and aluminum.
LK515 Anaerobic Flange Sealant
Universal type, thixotropic viscosity, flexibility of the adhesive layer, resistance to medium, no corrosion, low elongation. Ahesive softness is better than 510 after curing. It is used in sealing of flange that has only a little deformation when working. It can fill gaps up to 0.25mm. Typical applications: gearbox with large loading, drive axle plane sealing.
