Due to the residual gas and crystal contraction in die-casting and powder metallurgy production, a large number of micropores, trachoma, crack inevitablly come out, which bring hidden danger to machines and equipments. Even for non-pressure conditions, electroplating liquid or acid liquid may penetrate into processing parts, thus bring corrosion and shorten working life of the parts. Also eletroplating and spray painting will cause bubble or roughness. So, a new technology solution is eagerly required.

LK90C the microporous infiltration sealant:
Single component, low viscosity and permeability. 90 °C, excellent stability, applied to repair micropore for aluminum die castings of automotive and combustion engine.
