Stainless steel 17-7PH (SUS631, S17700, AISI631, DIN1.4568) is a precipitation hardening martensitic stainless steel with Al additions. This material combines high strength and hardness, good corrosion resistance, excellent fatigue properties, good formability and minimum distrotion upon heat treatment. The materials are well suited for aerospaces applications or for the parts requiring formability, strength and good corrosion resistance.
Standard: ASTM A693, A313.
We offer the materials stainless steel 17-7PH (SUS631 S17700, DIN1.4568) in form of stainless steel round rod, stainless steel square bar, stainless steel hexagon bar, stainless steel wire rod, stainless steel forging, stainless steel flat bar, stainless steel forging cylinder, stainless steel forging ring, stainless steel forging tube sheet.
As per the customer’s request, 17-7PH (SUS631 S17700, DIN1.4568) will be furnished in the Condition A, Condition RH950, TH1050. The mechanical properties are altered by different age hardening treatments.
