JWZTQ Valve Hydraulic Test Bench for Forged Steel Valve

The valve hydraulic test benches of JWZTQ series are particularly designed to test all kinds of small size valves. The test bench can be equipped with special seal plates and leak detection.It can used to perform intensity test, leakage test and air tightness test of 1/2-2 (DN15-100) butt welded valves, socket valves, flanged valves and threaded valves.

The test bench is effectively composed of four parts,that is,mechanical system,hydraulic system,electric system and water pressure pumps, use the hydraulic oil cylinder to tighten. The testing medium can be antirust water, oil, and air.

The machine of the bench can be lifted, and the tested valves can be dived into the water. So this model bench is especially suitable to test the air tightness of the valve (the air source should be provided by the user).

The maximal pressure of intensity test: 480Bar

The maximal pressure of leakage test: 320Bar
