JWT Valve Hydraulic Test Bench for BW Ends Valves

JWT type welding valve hydraulic test bench is the top-pressure valve inspection equipment designed and manufactured by our company on the basis of many years experience of valve inspection equipment manufacture, to meet the requirements of valve manufacture and valve users to perform inspection test of non-flange type <J61, J63, Z61> valves and all kinds of flange type valves on one machine, complying with the standard requirements in <Pressure test of universal valve> and <Test and inspection of valve>. The machine integrates hydraulic, electromechanical, pressure testing and hydraulic medium storage and circulated usage.

It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, completed function, easy operation and etc, is widely used in the intensity and sealing erformance tests of all kinds of high, medium and low pressure valve with nominal diameter DN 15-800mm. The maximum pressure for sealing test is 32.0MPa, for intensity test is 48.0MPa.

JWT type hydraulic welding valve test bench collects hydraulic, machinery, electric machine, liquid water supplying pump into one organ, adopts hydraulic cylinder impaction. Do performance test to the valve; the hydraulic system is the main dynamic source, used for driving hydraulic cylinder and executing liquid water supplying. The work pressure of hydraulic cylinder impaction is adjusted to increase pressure according to the different grade of testing pressure. (The highest hydraulic increasing pressure is 31.5Mpa). The impaction credible function meets the size of diameter and pressure of different valve. Liquid water supplying pump sets micro pressure and high-middle two shelves, according to the test procedure, under the control of electric machine and the decompressing adjusted valve to do valve medium pressure test, the water supplying pump pressure range is 0.4-48.0Mpa, the pressure supplying medium is antirust water or oil.
