Copper continuous extrusion is a new technical for copper processing, the feedstock is oxidize-free copper rod. It uses rod material, grain material and powder material as ingot to extrude various pipe material, section material, belt material, bar material through different dies.

New technique

Driven by the rotating extrusion wheel, feedstock pass through the die in the chamber thus extruded varies shape copper output. The processing is continuous.

Feedstock can be pure copper and copper alloy.

Neither heating nor annealing process, less energy cost.

One feedstock size, one process, one die for production..

Low cost and simple operation

Shape and forming finished products at a time, it is quick and convenient to change the die.
