EVOH Antioxidant Pipe Production Line
General descriptions
Guangzhou Advance-Tech Co., Ltd has designed EVOH antioxidant pipe production line which is used to produce small diameter 5-layer EVOH antioxiant pipes. Comparing with international lines of the same industry, this line has high performance-price ratio, and can meets requirements of vasty customers from Europe.
What We Provide
1. Provide whole set of standard production line, which can produce 12mm~25mm 5-layer EVOH antioxidant pipes at high speed with the EVOH as the oxigen barrier.
2. Design non-standard product: design production line producing pipe of non-standard dimensions according to the special situation and actual requirements of the local market of the customers.
3. Provide single machines, key components including dies for assorting the production line.
4. Service: suggestion for installation and layout of water, electricity and air path in the workshop of the customers; install and commissioning the production line at the customer’s site and train the staffs of the customers; provide corresponding technical docuements and technoloty consultation.
Product, technical characteristics and properties
1) Pipe advantages: small diameter EVOH antioxidant pipe with 3-layer or 5-layer structure, its inner layer is PEX or PERT, the middle layer or outer layer is oxgen barrier mareial, and each layer is adhered together by thermosol. This kind of pipe is used in floor heating, centeral air-conditioner, and solar energy equipment system, etc. The pipe can be used for long time under high temperature. The production conforms to German standard and ensure 50 years service life.
2) Production line advantages: 3-layer or 5-layer co-extrusion technique; automatic control system; product 12mm~25mm EVOH antioxidant pipe at high speed with Max. yield speed of 20m/min.
3) Production line configuration: special designed EVOH extruder barrel and screw; co-extrusion head; high precise control for temperature and speed.
