Strip Accumulator
General descriptions
In order to ensure continuous production of composite pipe producttion line or metal pipe production line, the strip accumulator is widely used for ensuring enough strips when change the metal strip coils and weld the metal strips.
The full automatic control strip accumulator equipped with sensitive tension sensor is used for accumulating thin metal strips in composite pipe and metal pipe production lines. The length of the accumulate strips can up to 100 meters, and the accumulated strip width are 15mm~100mm, the following speed is over 30 m/min.
Characteristics
1. Stable accumulating and realeasing of metal strips;
2. Acculate tension control of metal strips, so as to ensure pipe quality;
3. Large strip accumulating quantities for promote success rate of metal strip jointing when change the pipe coil.
