2.Coiler for large diameter flexible pipe
This kind of coiler is specially designed for large diameter flexible pipes. The coiler uses adjustable torque and precise tranversing system, and the speed is up to 15m/min. It is the coiling device for large flexible pipes with the coil diameter being 3m~4.8m, and the coiled pipe diameters being 50mm~200mm.

3.Open-and-close coiler
Product characteristics
a) The touch area between coiling arc board and pipe is large, so the pipe deformation during coiling is effectively reduced;
b) Hydraulic arc board open-and-close mechanism for open and close in large scope;
c) The arc board tighten and spread the inner ring of the reel, so the inner ring dimension of the reel can be adjusted;
d) Set with hydraulic reel stop bar turnning and closing flexibly for suiting with reels of different dimensions;
e) Independently equipped tranversing device, PLC for controlling synchrnization;
f) The frame is assembled modula, so the equipment can be disassembled for easily being packed inside the container;
g) Set with hydraulic roller for pressing the pipe end, so as to avoid pipe end loosing;
h) Variable frequency motor driving main shaft, torque mode of frequency converter for controlling coiling force.
