Overlap Welded PE-X/Al/PE-X Multi-layer Pipe Production Line
The overlap welded PE-X/Al/PE-X multi-layer pipe production line manufactured by Guangzhou Advance-Tech Co., Ltd is used to produce 5-layer overlap welded PE-X/Al/PE-X multi-layer pipes with PE, PERT or PEX as the inner pipe, ultrasonic welded thin wall aluminum pipe as the middle layer, and PE as outer protective layer, using thermosol adhering plastic pipes and aluminum pipe together. The produced pipe scope is from 14mm to 40mm. The products conform to American standar ASTM F1282.
Characeristics and application of the pipes
The overlap welded PE-X/Al/PE-X multi-layer pipe is used to hot water, cold water and gas transportation whose pressure requirement is low. This kind of pipe has advantages of low weight, easy to install, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance, which integrate the advantages of the metal and plastic pipes. At present, the overlap welded PE-X/Al/PE-X multi-layer pipes are widely used in China, East Europe, Middle East, South East Asia, etc. Its service pressure is up to 0.8Mpa.
Production line characteristics
a) Use mature co-extrusion and ultrasonic welding techniques, equip with complete automatic control system;
b) Stable German/America ultrasonic welder, and precise aluminum pipe forming technique;
c) The produced pipe diameter scope is from 14mm to 32mm, and the aluminum strip thickness is from 0.15mm to 0.3mm;
d) The maximum yield speed is 12m/min, the whole length of the production lineis 25m. The line is easy to operate and has high stability.
