SS/PE Multi-layer pipe Production Line
General descriptions
Stainless steel plastic (SS/PE) multi-layer pipe is three layer structure with PE or PERT as inner pipe and thin wall stainless steel as outer layer, and the middle laye is thermosol. This kind of pipe is an advanced hygiastic multi-layer pipe.
With its professional experiences on precise forming and welding of stainless steel pipe, Guangzhou Advance-Tech Co., Ltd has successfully developed production technique of SS/PE multi-layer pipe and has manufactured serveral sets of advanced SS/PE multi-layer pipe production line since 2000.
Pipe characteristics
a) Luxurious surface and hygienism, which is especially suitable to be used in hospital, drink, medicine production, and residence.
b) Smooth inner wall of pipe, not easy to deposite, low fliud resistance for transporting media;
c) Corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance;
d) 100% oxygen barrier without leakage;
e) High strength and good rigidity.
Production line characteristics
a) Originated precise passive forming and welding technique for thin wall stainless steel pipe, the ratio of wall thickness and diameter reaching 0.5%;
b) Employ special CAM technique and measuring method to make the core forming dies; c) Use full-automatic PLC control system;
d) The production line can be used to make PE pipes, PPR pipes and thin wall stainless steel pipe with proper configuration;
e) Production speed 1~8m/min;
f) Stainless steel strip thickness: 0.3~0.6mm
g) Pipe diameter scope: 20~63mm (for model ADF-X63)
