Description:
This reator is double-layer design, reaction solvent can be placed in the inner to do stirring reaction,and the jacketed layer can do loop heating or cooling reaction through different sources(frozen liquid,hot water or oil). In the case of constant temperature and sealed glass reactor,stirring reaction can be done in the ordinary pressure or positive pressure according to your requirement,also can do backflow and distillation, is the ideal test and manufacturing equipment of fine chemistry,bio-pharmaceuticals,the synthesis of new material.We have exported to many countries and we are also the supplier of Havard university,Yale university and so on.
Feature:
1, Frequency control(0.5L-100L),electronic control(1-5L),AC induction motor,constant rotating speed, no brush,no spark, safe and steady,and can work constantly.
2,The full set of glassware use G3.3borosilicate and own good chemical and physical capability.
3,Heating reaction can be done after circulating through the hot oil from the mouth of jacketed glass reactor, also cooling reaction can be done through frozen liquid
4, Reaction can be carried out at room temperature, through the water that will take heat away quickly.Feeding mouth with flanges and PTFE valve,no dead corner,removable to facilitate solid material discharging.
5.Four mouth reaction kettle cover,extra-large mouth design for cleaning ,standard mouth socket can choose backflow assembly,distillation synthesis device.
6, Overall stainless steel fittings, Stainless steel column,mobile frame,or stainless steel connector,PVC pipe colomun lined with steel structure, fine corrosion resistance,
easy operation, good stability.
