Cantilever Electro-slag Welding Machine

It is mainly composed by main body, travel trolley, electro-slag welders, etc. the cantilever is the main body of this machine, the usage to fix the welders, to assure the accurate align of welder tips and welding point. Under it, it’s travel trolley, driven by an AC motor, through reducer, to bring the whole body travel with the welding heads. In order to weld the inside baffles with box column tightly, when assemble the baffles, reserve the clearance around for vertical electro-slag welding. The cantilever can travel along the job. The electro-slag welding is used for middle or thick plate. When welding, the tip melts together with the wire, to form good seam. Welders are two sets of ZH-1250.
