Box Column Beam Assembly Machine

This machine is composed by travel gate frame, support working table, transport conveyor, hydraulic system and electrical control system. The travel gate frame is a main body of this machine, all the pressing parts are fixed on, and is driven by two motors (0.85/1.1kw) on the below beam through worm reducer and gear box to bring the two wheels travel on the guides. Travel speed is 4 or 6m/min. The guides is 35kg/m, there are connecting rods with high intensity between two parallel guides, which can avoid stretching under the force given by the left and right cylinders when they are working. The transport conveyor is driven by cycloid reducer through chain, is mainly used to convey jobs when or after assembling. When assembly U profile, put the job on the working table composed by several rollers, the upper and side cylinders press tightly on the web and flanges, tack weld the pressed part. To finish the whole column by tack welding when the gate travel.
