ULTRA HIGH POWER GRAPHITE CRUCIBLE
The graphite crucible for vacuum smelting of our company's intermediate frequency furnace is based on imported needle coke, three high graphite crushed and high-quality modified asphalt as the main raw materials. After firing at a predetermined temperature rise curve, it is then impregnated with high pressure, re-fired, and then graphitized at a temperature above 3000 ° C. The ultra-high power graphite crucible has the characteristics of compact and uniform structure, high strength, low resistivity, good thermal conductivity and high bulk density. It is widely used in high-frequency smelting of medium frequency furnaces, copper, copper alloys and non- ferrous metals.
Product specifications: diameter Φ500 ～ 710 mm, height 500 ～ 1300 mm, smelting capacity 500 kg ～ 5000kg.
1.Handle with care during transportation, handling, and storage. Pay attention to waterproof and moisture-proof. Do not damage it;
2. Purge the inner surface of the crucible with high pressure air before use;
3. Handle the smelting material gently, not too violent or too fast, and damage the inner wall of the crucible;
4. After the smelting is completed, the vacuum furnace can be destroyed only after cooling to a certain temperature;
5. The first time you pay attention to the slow temperature rise, it will help increase the service life.

Ultra High Power Graphite Crucible
Ultra-high power graphite crucible has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, strong thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance and long service life. In the process of high temperature operation, the coefficient of thermal expansion is small, and it has certain strain resistance to quench and heat. It has strong corrosion resistance to acidic and alkaline solutions and excellent chemical stability. It does not take part in any chemical reactions in the smelting process. The inner wall of graphite crucible is smooth, and the melted liquid metal is not easy to leak and adhere to the inner wall of crucible, which makes the liquid metal have good fluidity and castability. In metallurgy, casting, machinery, chemical industry and other industries, it is widely used in the smelting of alloy tool steel and the smelting of non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
