Workpiece have to be spot welding beforehand, adopt MAG (mixed gas, 80%Ar+20%CO2), can move to movable platform by crane, both sides of workpiece use 30mm flat bar and bolt fixed firmly. Convey to main welding frame by platform, put 3-4 workpiece positioning slots (buyer prepare) on surface of platform, then press the workpiece by pressing roller, torch move to workpiece pneumatically, manually adjust torch position and angle, six torches welding together by platform moving, one side finish, then weld another side.
