structure features
This machine is divided into four major sections: wash bottles, filling, electrical control and pneumatic control
1, wash bottles department
(1) wash bottles of transmission mechanism, (2) bottle torre, (3) potions wash bottles of water pump, (4) drug tank, (5) pure water wash bottles of water pump, (6) transmission chain.
2, filling parts
(1) filling cylinder; (2) filling valves, (3) Richard cover motors and sets cover installation; (4) gland cylinder and gland device.
3, electrical parts
By micro computer programmer and body composition.
4, pneumatic parts
By cylinder, pneumatic solenoid and pneumatic electric control box composition.
The working process
The machine adopts automatic program control, its working process is as follows:
1, wash bottles:
Wash the bottle after five stations, the first workstation adopts chlorine dioxide (CLO2) dissolve washing disinfection, flush time adjustable, for the first time, the second effectively.in 12S effectively.in 12S, third workstation for 12S, for the fourth workstation for 20S, first, second, third for potions effectively.in rinse rinse with water, the fourth for the workstation for pure water cleaning, time effectively.in according to different needs adjustable, fifth station is rinsed clean the inside bucket of residual moisture dry clean.
2, filling

3, filling and gland
