2000 Bottle/h Vial Liquid Filling Machine(equipment)

Vial filling machine applicable bottle: round, square, oblate, abnormity glass and plastic bottles, special apply to little mouth (1.5 mm above), anti ichy ointment bottle, safflower oil, essence of bottles, slender bottle and various bottle type cannot stand upright.

Vial filling machine operation steps:

1, After inatalling the machine, adjust filling orbit and connect flask disk into level(adjust anchor screw)

2, fill with liquid in liquid storing bucket

3, Close all the electric switch

4, Fill the medicine bottle which need filling into box(each machine attached 20 tooling boxes).

5, connect the power converter, the socket must be three feet socket, and have reliable grounding wires, prevent leakage. In case enclosure leakage electric

6, switch machine power into ON, then the power light bright, which means the power is connected.

7, Use filling rack support plate support filling rack, the purpose is to make filling rack can’t move down when adjust it,and place trial filled fluid box below the head of filling machine.

8, fingers upward to support locating sleeve on the head of the filling machine,and the locating sleeve should be flexible and can move up and down,and the filling needle should can show and retraction without hinder.

9,Open the swtich below the store liquid barrels,in order to make solution inflow total metering pump inside.
