product description(Tray filter)
Tray filter is of manual and automatic slice filter, manual and automatic net filter. Slice filter
has advantages of self-lock deep filtering, high efficiency, cleanness and etc. The filtering system is of complete reverse washing with less water and less energy.
Equipment materials(Tray filter)
Filtering head is made of strengthen polyuthane plastic(or made of steel after the chemical treatment of nickel phosphorous sedimentation) antiseptic, wearable, can bear a working pressure of 1MPa. Filtering tray is made of polypropylene plastic, EPDM for airproof, incoming &outgoing pipe and draining pipe are of stainless steel.
Working principle(Tray filter)
Filter is usually of 2'' and 3'' basic filtering cell, and the filtering core is composed of polypropylene plastic with groove, the junction formed by the groove margin of neighbor tray slice can hold back the solids in water. It greatly improves the filtering efficiency with the function of surface holding back and deep cohesion.
