Hight Purity Water Facility

A:Working principle

    High purity water facility is working with RO facilities combining with ion-exchange bed or EDI, ion-exchange bed is working by ion-exchange resin in electrolyte solution, can be used to wipe off all kinds of kation and anion, is a method to produce high purity water , which can not be substituted.Ion-exchange equipment is of kation exchanging equipment and anion equipment. When the raw water passing ion-exchange pole, the kation and anion(HCO3-plasma ion)in water will exchange with H+ in positive resin and OH- in negative resin to get salt taking-off. The combination of kation and anoin will get the water higher purified.

   Applies for super pure water in electrical, chemical, hospital water, medium-high pressure supplementing water, resistance 2-18MΩ·cm.

  Raw water → Raw water box → Booster pump  → Quartz sand filters → Activated carbon filters → Scale inhibitor charging equipment → Ultrafilter → High pressure pump →  Reverse Osmosis host machine→ EDI/Ion-exchange bed → Ultrapure water.
