RO facility Working principle 

    Reverse osmosis is motion of permeation from an opposite direction, which is a method under the driving force of the pressure to separate solute from solvent by the semi-permeable membrane. It is now popularly applied for purification and concentration of all kinds of liquid, and one of the most popular is the application in water treatment. Abio-ion, germ, virus, organic matter, colloid and etc can be wiped off by use of Reverse osmosis techniques to obtain water with high purity.

Reverse osmosis facilities consist of Single RO facility and Double RO facility

Raw water (tap water, surface water and groundwater) through pre-treating system, filter,then delivered to RO facilities by high pressure pump to be water product is called Single RO.

The application of RO facility

RO facilities apply for water treatment facilities in food, beverage, chemical, hospital, electrical fields and can also be as critical facilities in community, industrial park, oil field and etc. RO is one of the most advanced and effective separating technics in the world. By the penetrating principle of semi-permeable membrane, under some force opposite to the naturally penetrating force, water of the solution with high concentration penetrating to solution of low concentration under the pressure is called RO. The RO is composed of RO components, and the diameter of the RO membrane is so small that can wipe off  the dissolved salt, colloid, microbes, organic substance (efficiency of 97%-98%). The system is of high quality, low energy consuming, no pollution, simple technics, convenient operation, etc.

Raw water (tap water, surface water and groundwater) under pressure delivered to pre-treating system for coarse filtering, then be filtered in precise filter, then delivered to first grade RO system by first grade high pressure pump, water from that then delivered to second RO by second grade high pressure pump to be water product is called Double RO.

Double RO, applies for water with conductance less than 500μs/cm, water conductance of 1-10μs/cm.
