Ultrafiltration technology

Ultrafiltration technology is a sieve into separation principle, with pressure for driving membrane separation process, filtration precision in 0.005-0.01 um range, can effectively remove water particles, colloid, bacteria and high polymer materials. In ultrafiltration process, depth of liquid in pressure, driven flows through the membrane surface, less than film hole deep agent (water) and small molecular solute permeable membranes, become purification fluid (filtration liquid), than film hole big solute and solute group interception, with flow eduction, become deep shrinkage fluid. Ultra-filtration process for dynamic filtration separation is done in flow state. Solute only limited deposition on the membrane surface, ultrafiltration rate attenuation to certain degree and equilibrium, and can be restored by cleaning.
